TO ACCESS DOCS ON LIST-SERVE:
-Go to https//:lists.riseup.net
-Join if you have not already (to create your password)
-once you enter with your password, click on agraconcern, in left hand column
-click on “Shared Docs” folder
-click on articles you want to read/download
To add a document,
-click on “expert mode” at top
-scroll down under existing docs to:
Upload a file inside folder SHARED
-browse to find article you want to add
-Publish to add it to the list
